Born in Chicago, Illinois, I moved to India with my family around my first birthday. Years later, the political unrest caused by the Gulf War forced us to move to Madison, Wisconsin. My love for skiing began in middle school at Tyrol Basin, a 200 vertical foot hill nestled between cow pastures half an hour from home. A normal ski day began at 8:00 am and went late into the night, skiing under the lights.

After a few road trips out West gave me a taste of real mountains, I packed my car and began driving. Having never visited Portland, Oregon I nevertheless decided it would be a good place to call home. A few years later I made the move to Colorado where I have resided since.

In the last few years skiing has filled my life with travel, work, friends, challenges, and most importantly, fun. It has afforded me the opportunity to experience the unimaginable in places I thought I would never see.

My camera travels around the world with me and has become a tool to remember cultures and interesting moments. Photography allows me to capture daily life in only the way I see it.
