I was born in Chicago, Illinois and spent my early childhood in India. I then moved to Madison, Wisconsin during elementary school. After high school (in 2003), I moved to portland, Oregon and began pursuing skiing and videography. In 2005, I moved to Colorado where I currently reside (at least for part of the year). I began skiing professionally and taught myself photography during my ski trips around the world.
Frustrated with my outerwear sponsors at the time, I founded Virtika Outerwear in 2009. The company grew quickly and we now sell direct and through shops/distributors around the world. I continue to fulfill my love of skiing, photography, travel, videography, and the usual hooligan activities through various Virtika and freelance projects.
